GEM Training – Apprentice Customer Service Adviser

This is a journey for the individual and the aim is that the ideal candidate would be involved in the Customer Service Department (dealing with customer requests and eventually interacting with customers), as well as assisting with administrative duties throughout the business. Destination & Progression Officer – Key Training £18,000

To monitor and report on all Apprenticeship and Traineeship leavers, to ensure we hold current destination, progression and sustainability data for our learners to meet the new guideline issued by Ofsted under the Education Inspection Framework and ESFA funding requirements

Compliance Officer – Key Training £18,000

To be familiar with the MI Databases used within your role and their characteristics and the company procedures connected with your work. Carry out compliance related activities in accordance to Internal, ESFA & Ofsted guidelines. Ensure all paperwork & MI Databases are compliant with ESFA funding rules, Key Training Ltd policies & procedures.
